This is the Daily for Wed, Oct 14, 2026. This one might hit hard.

Proverbs 24:16
The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again. But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.

Falling is not failing. We get back up a little wiser and go again.

We trip. We stumble. We may skin a knee or twist an ankle, but we also learn. You either win or you learn. Don’t let one fall take you out of the game.

When do we quit getting back up? We don’t. But, it’s a struggle, it hurts, it seems like too much…I’m sure dying on the cross did too. Jesus didn’t quit on us. It was too important. You are too important. We have His Holy Spirit. We don’t quit.

Catch your breath. Focus your mind. Get your emotions in order. Get back up and get back in the game. “Coach! Put me back in!”

The Lord is your Coach. He knows your strengths and your weaknesses. Trust that He has you in the right game, in the right place, in the right position at the right time. Now go play.
